surreal poetry
Surrealist poetry embodies the essence of poetry itself, drawing upon shocking imagery and lyrical incongruities to comment on the inner-workings of the mind.
The mind is not something that can be forged.
It must be built and cared for – how a carpenter tends to the wood framing of a house. A sturdy mind is formed from the blessings of its own destruction. As has always been known, a system must first be deconstructed to determine how it works. Take your life and love and throw them away, for their use shall naught disturb others. As you are deconstructed and summoned upon the throne of self- realization/self-actualization. You will come into your own, your eyes have not frozen over yet. There is time for you. There will always be time for you. This peace will not war with your soul forever. You must face the burden. Damn the keys and break the gate. Your destruction is here. It is near. It is always, unending, Abraxis in both.
