Never knew the word

responsibility.

Never knew the word

integrity.

She blamed her faults

on friends.

She played the victim

for friends.

That girl was so vain.

Never caring for others.

Forced empathy

faked sympathy.

She looked out for number one!

While treating others

like the number 2

you step in.

Now she comes around here

seeking sympathy

seeking empathy

from this boy

she left so empty.

But that boy can see

and that boy can hear.

And he knows

that girl’s still vain.

And he know

no good come from her.

So, he’ll have to let

her go

And revel in her

self-pity,

and revel in her

fakery.

Don’t want to be

with someone so vain.

Don’t want to be

left empty

again.
