Who am I?

Can't heal and find out who you are if you are in a toxic environment.

Why is it so hard to be able to describe yourself?

I don't mean things like, you're a nice, good person, what your basics interests and hobbies are.

But who really are you?

The people who are able to answer this question with ease either never experienced a life of putting themselves up on the shelf to take care of the needs of others,

Or they managed to get out, do the work and found themelves.

Found the real them.

How can you even get there?

Acknowledging that there is more potential then you are allowing,

Knowing that you want more than you already have.

Taking the leap to discover what you have to offer yourself.

A plant can't grow if it's not in the correct soil, lighting and proper food.

Even if you are doing everything correctly, if the environment is toxic, the plant will still die.

Eventually after the 4th or 5th plant that has died you will do 1 of 2 things:

  1. Give up and never do any more gardening.
  2. Find out why your plants keep dying. Even though you are doing everything correct.

What does this mean? How is this even relevant?

It means you can't grow and find out who you are if you are in the same toxic enviroment that broke you and made you sick.
