Alcohol Detoxing
Have you ever done a detox? I mean any kind of detox. Maybe like a body detox by juicing or trying to give up caffeine? How do you usually feel while going through it? With anything that we are physically or mentally addicted to, when we decide to stop "using" that thing, it usually comes with some detoxing side effects.

Bourbon County Brand Stout
Today, I have a treat for you all. This is a limited release stout that Goose Island releases every year on Black Friday. I was fortunate enough to live near a B & B that was releasing this rare brew. If this tells you something about the demand for this beer, the line was out the door, and this was not a small B & B. This place is the size of a warehouse and craft beer lovers were lined up out the door to buy this beer at $12.99 per bottle. I don't know about you, but it isn't every day that I buy a bottle of beer at that price. After all, I'm a freelance writer and not writing for the Times, so I'm not exactly raking it in. That being said, considering what little money I have, it was still worth the buy. This year, Goose Island released seven variants of their bourbon county stout and I was able to purchase four of those variants. Now, time to get down to the beer.

Favorite Drinks of Celebrities
I'm not one for celebrity worship, but I'm always down to talk about cocktails. Just about everyone has their preferences and their reasons. For example, I like scotch in the cold months and Margaritas in the warm months (though I'll enjoy both year-round). I find knowing someone's favorite drinks can tell you a lot about their character. For example, someone who drinks scotch is probably very sophisticated and intelligent, while someone who drinks Margaritas is probably cool and fun to hang out with. These are just random examples.

The Worst Cocktails Ever Invented
When you are at the bar, you are probably there to either celebrate a good time, or wash away the bad. In either case though, not every drink is a Moscow Mule or Sex on the Beach, and you don’t want to ruin your night mixing the wrong combination of liquids. If you’re feeling a little loose and someone recommends trying one of the worst cocktails ever invented though, there is a good chance you will lose all faith in alcohol, as well as the contents of your stomach.

Hardest Cocktails to Make
Some cocktails are ridiculously simple to make. A Cuba Libre (rum and Coke) is so widespread in large part because of the ease of preparing it. While these simple cocktails have their place, the increased effort involved in making more complex cocktails is usually worth it. At the same time, there are also some drinks that may seem easy or simple, but are actually some of the hardest cocktails to make. It's not enough to follow a recipe with these cocktails: they can only be conquered through frequent practice.

Awesome Moonshine Recipes to Try
Making moonshine is an art. Dating back to thousands of years ago, moonshine originated in the Appalachian Mountains as a secret for commoners to avoid high taxes or outright bans on alcoholic drinks (think the Prohibition era). It was a way for people to come together and create something special for their community, and to enjoy together.

Top 10 Best College Beers on a Budget. Top Story - November 2018.
Do you need a pounder can for a party, but only cobwebs occupy your wallet? Have you ever wanted to kick back with a cold one, but shriek at the sight of your bank account? Well, this article will give you the lowdown on how to hop to it without breaking the bank. I will be rating beers on a scale of one to five for both price and taste. The overall score will be an average of the two. Now, keep in mind that I am rating the profile of these beers based on what you get for the price, not based on their taste compared to the best beers on the market. Today we will consider the good, the bad, and the terribly and awfully malty in the world of beer.
