selfcare
The importance of self-care is paramount; enhance your health and wellbeing, manage your stress, and maintain control under pressure.
8 Methods of Emotional Self-Care
Self-care is often thought of as a form of selfish behaviour, when actually it is about maintaining or improving your health. We aren't saying you need to stop thinking about your other responsibilities, however you should consider putting time aside each day for self-care.

The Greatest Psychological Experiment You Will Ever Conduct On Yourself
If you’re like me, you have no idea what day of the week it is. You stopped caring that your weekly grocery bill is double what it should be because at this point, you just need to get out of the friggin’ house. You’ve started contemplating what constitutes socially acceptable drinking behavior, and are quickly becoming concerned that you may have a serious drinking problem. In this very moment, you’re wearing sweatpants whilst ceremoniously shoving cheese dust covered carbs into your pie hole. Welcome to COVID-19 quarantine, day ??.

When the Therapist Needs A Therapist.
Dear reader, The caption seems a little counterintuitive, I know: "The last beginning", as if we ever truly go back to square one when it comes to self-improvement - it would be very hard to, trust me... but I digress. My name is Hannah, but I also go by the nickname of "Parchie", which is really just an abbreviation of my last name. I have a certification in Health Coaching (cert. January 2018), but I haven't been using it to make money because I feel/felt like if I couldn't heal myself, even though I've come so far in my journey and have accomplished so much for myself already, then I certainly would not be qualified to be healing others. I realize how it sounds, but I can assure you I have been working on my self worth.

Hone Your Self-Care Skills in Quarantine
Throughout the past week as more and more cities, states, and districts have begun to enforce shelter-in-place orders due to the COVID-19, I have seen something harmful unfold. Many people are out of a job and being forced to stay at home, while numerous influencers across all social media platforms have created videos and articles shaming individuals who are using this time to rest and practice self-care. Some influencers have broadcast how we need to use this time to be productive and “skill up” instead of being “lazy and watching Netflix”.

Master Onion AKA The Alchemist
Master Onion aka Alchemist I am making a conscious effort to be bold, be courageous on my inner healing to trans mutational journey. I am on the path to becoming a master onion aka alchemist. My journey has been painful, liberating, hard, fun and rewarding. I have become an onion as I peel back the layers and rediscover myself. I’m on my quest and speaking my truth and owning it.

What is self care!?
seriously though, what is self care? I see so many things on the media and posts that say “self care is self love”, but I am still in the dark about what it means. I see so many big name youtubers and instagram models doing a face mask and drinking tea with the tag line of self care. So I took part and through on a face mask and drank my green tea and waited till I felt better. When I washed my face the bitterness of life had not gone away. It did make my face look good though.
