Overcoming Overthinking: A Guide to Trusting Life and Finding Peace
Understanding Perceptions The first thing to realize is that no one truly knows you. Different versions of you exist in everyone’s mind. For instance, someone might watch my videos and think I'm amazing, while another might feel lost because of them. This is because people have different experiences and perceptions of the same person. Similarly, you and your sibling might have completely different views of your mother. Raw materials.
I suddenly realised that I don’t have to feel great in order to write. Nor do I have to be inspired and connected to the higher power. It is ideal of course to create from that place.
