What a Top Bloke
Freddie had hoped for warmer weather today, but the wind blew cold. ‘You can’t plan these things,’ he’d told himself. ‘At least the sun’s out!’ He pulled his beanie over his ears and headed for the park bench nestled beneath a big bellied Oak; its leaves starting to flush with vibrant emerald greens.

My Time inside the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum
As a child, I felt the remnants of the holocaust, being that my mother has Jewish roots. Nonetheless, as an avid reader, I felt the heinous ordeal more in my heart reading Anne Frank’s diary than in my unexplored ancestry. I Was Surrounded by Men That Sexually Degraded Women. Content Warning.
There was something about him that gave me the ick. I was standing at his front door asking about the available spare room he had advertised, and even from that initial meeting, I had a strong sense he was imagining what I looked like underneath my clothes.

Self-Reflection Is Key to Unlocking Deeper Personal Growth
“When I discover who I am, I’ll be free.” — Ralph Ellison As I pushed open that mystical door to the long and jagged path of transformation, I didn’t have a clue as to what authenticity was; even though back then, at the turn of the 1990s, we were starting to witness the expansion of the self-help and new age movement.
