Love Divided
I was scrolling through my emails recently when I noticed an interesting article posted by users on Quora entitled ”why do Men struggle mentally in relationships” normally like most people I take a quick glance and the email is confined to the bin, however something about this post captured my intrigue so I decided to take a look further, also to unashamedly see if I could draw comparisons to my own life and experiences. Then, out of surprise, I found a comment which threw me off guard, a topic rarely even discussed out in the open. The comment highlighted how racial differences can become the defining factor in mixed relationships which cause mental health issues.

The most influential being of all time who shapes the lives of billions of individuals was a refugee, facing the very same struggles in an attempt to seek belonging, peace and acceptance in a land of unfamiliarity and hostility.

Money, power and dominance are the pillars of society, so it is no surprise the rapid development of AI coincides with the human condition.

The Explorer
I am a follower of all things Travel and Adventure, my eyes light up at the discovery of a new flight route to Armenia, A camel trek in the Western Sahara or a Windsurfing trip in Naxos. I sometime discover information about destinations so far removed from any known tourist guides that I cannot even pinpoint them on the world map without tracing the steps of previous explorers with some kind of obsessive desire to find the answers. The thought of the unknown is what drives my spirit of adventure, I leave scribbles and notes in diaries about trips and ideas far into the future, even if they are not viable or I never embark on them, but each idea is what inspires and motivates me to keep taking those steps to find what is over the horizon.

10 Years ago... Snowboarding
10 Years ago I had my final ride in Freeride snowboarding, the sport I had given much of my early adulthood too, I had reached a semi professional level, sponsored by a European freeride snowboarding company, and I spent the most of my winters touring across Europe to compete in the Freeride World Tour.
