A Prologue This is what occurred after “The Shadow” which you can read here I was now the shadow as I watched him leave the house in my body, I did know if he would return, an hour in the state will drive me mad, though he managed it, and he managed to escape, admittedly by stealing, or “borrowing” someone else’s body, but I don't know how this can work as I keep trying to push but I have no physical form, but I will keep trying…

Meet The Humans by Steve Mason
Introduction Someone (probably Marek at RPM) cajoled me into buying this album. I took his advice and may be listened to it once. Steve Mason was a member of The Beta Band who are a favourite of mine and I always loved “It’s Not Too Beautiful” which sampled that swirling theme from Disney’s “The Black Hole” and from that, I bought all their albums.

Millions
Introduction Six or seven years ago a rabbit suggested I take up the “Million Step Challenge” for Diabetes UK which was to walk a million steps in three months. At the time they were suggesting getting sponsorship to raise money and at the time I had taken redundancy from EE but had a Samsung Note (which I thought was an excellent phone) to record my steps via Google Fit (which I still use today).

Introduction Memes are an easy way of letting someone else enunciate the way you feel. Ususally they are funny or positive but I see a lot that are anything but, and when I see these posted it dose make me worry for or be wary of the one who has posted that meme.
