I’ve barely ever had the opportunity to celebrate Valentines Day with a girl and this year, even with Covid adding to the humiliation of it, it was no different for me. That being said, sometimes as LGBTQ people it would be nice to have romantic songs written for our types of relationships by artists that understand our struggles.

Being the Queen is not all about singing, and being a diva is not all about singing. It has much to do with your service to people. And your social contributions to your community and your civic contributions as well. - Aretha Franklin
