Hotel In The Space
Orbital ATK's plan is to begin building its Voyager station in 2026, giving it about a year to build before it can host 2027 guests. Travel looks more ambitious with plans for a Voyager station hotel in space and could open in 2027. The team behind Voyager has hinted at a future partnership with SpaceX's Starship System to take the hotel to space, but we know the space station will be open to guests by then.

Booly and the Wolf
Scene one: The Awe of Booly “Squelch, glopsch, splish”, went the marsh as it sucked on the bare, brown feet of Booly Lidda. The boy peered forward intently, straining his moss-green eyes to gather any light rays that might puncture the vapor clouds coalesced around rows of dark, dripping bushes. His eyes, wide and round as teacups, were no less moist than his sopping surroundings: As thunder rumbled softly in the lightning-laced sky behind him, like sparks jumping from the rubbed underbelly of a purring lynx, his eyes shimmered with unshed tears of joie de vivre.

The Pet
Ever since the heat wave followed the final melting of the ice caps in 3462, the weather had never been the same. Some things remained the same, and the need for companionship was one of few constants.

Going Up
I climbed up. Up stairs. Up ladders. The rooms got smaller and the corridors grew tighter. The sheets of metal that lined the walls disappeared as I entered spaces where no one was meant to be, revealing layers of tangled wires and pipes that ceaselessly hissed and whirred to keep us all alive. At the end of humanity’s turn in the universe I felt guilty that even these machines should strain themselves to see us limp into another tomorrow.

The Druidstone
I close my eyes. Death is like a craving now. An insatiable thirst. I hunger for it. When I look up, the prison guard is standing over my bruised body, his taunts lingering in the thick air of my concrete cell. “You will never beat us Finian, you weak, pathetic man.”.
