HENRY VIII
The larger than life King, Henry VIII, was one of the most influential monarchs in English history. We remember him from our school days with such words as: Hampton Court, 6 wives, the originator of the Church of England --- and yet --- he must have had some good qualities? The second King from The House of Tudor, Henry VIII left his mark within the pages of history. His actual life story is quite an interesting one!

Can I Sue for a Slip and Fall Accident on Commercial Property?
If you have been injured on someone else’s property, then, in short, yes, you can sue for a slip and fall accident on a commercial property. But in order to win damages for you, your attorney is going to have to prove that the commercial property owner was negligent, and proving negligence in premises liability cases can be quite a challenge. A judge or jury will scrutinize the evidence to determine whether or not you were harmed while on a commercial property due to their failure to behave with the level of care that any other persons of rational prudence would have used under the same circumstances.

Types of Plastics Used in Food Packaging
Despite the safety considerations, the utilization of plastics in food packaging has continuing to extend due to the low price of materials and practical benefits (such as thermosealability, microwavability, optical properties, and unlimited sizes and shapes) over ancient materials like glass and tinplate. Multiple sorts of plastics are being employed as materials for food packaging, as well as polyolefin, polyester, polyvinyl resin, polyvinylidene chloride, phenylethylene, polyamide, and gas vinyl alcohol. Though over thirty sorts of plastics are used as packaging materials, polyolefins and polyesters are the foremost common.

Support your Screenwriters
Every movie you've ever seen has someone behind the scenes, the person that made the movie possible. Some of them you've heard of like David Crane, the writer and a producer of the show "Friends" which started in 1994. We also have Jennifer Michelle, the writer of Frozen and its sequel, the first movie earning her an Academy Award for Best Animated Feature. Yet, even with these two writers, typically their names aren't in big bold letters in the credits like the cast, supporting cast, and producers. In some cases, this is wrong, I know, especially with animated films. Yes, the screenwriter is in the credits, but I feel they should be one of the first few names on it, even if most people don't stay until the end. For screenwriters, I feel like it would make them happier to be up higher, though this is also personal opinion, however they deserve it, much like the rest who made it happen.

What world would you create if you did not know your place in it in advance?
Who decides what's fair? Justice is a big word. Why don't we replace it with fairness and see where it takes us? We consider something fair whenever no one has an unjustified advantage or disadvantage over another.

A Sociolinguistics Analysis of Jargon in Javanese Slogan Found in Brilio Blog
In communication, people might use different language varieties depending on their purpose and the community. One of the language varieties that people used to communicate with other people is Jargon. Jargon is the language variety used by a particular group, and the other group is hard to understand (Seli, 2019). Using Jargon is fun and gives a sense of belonging to a specific group. Language variation itself can differentiate one person from another. We can see that variation from the minor things. For example, the language we write is different from what we speak. We can distinguish the language we use in different situations, such as formal and informal situations. We can classify this variation as Jargon. People who speak Javanese may also perform Jargon. We can find one of them in the community called the Brilio blog. Brilio blog is an online web portal targeting millennial generation readers. Most of their content is viral with readers up to hundreds of thousands. One of the Brilio content discusses forty Jargon used by Javanese people who are very closely related to Javanese values. The Jargon used in the Brilio blog is mainly in the form of a slogan. A slogan is a word or phrase used to express a characteristic position or stand or a goal to achieve. The use of slogans is as motivation and encouragement for someone. Slogans can also influence someone to do or not to do something. This influence also made me interested in doing this research, where we can control someone with just a slogan.

I See a Thrift Store and I Want It All In Black
While preparing for our move at the end of 2020, I did my best to downsize the amount of clothes I had in my possession. There is a Lowe’s SMALL box, filled to the brim, almost--but not quite--ready to have a second one started and waiting to be brought to a thrift store. Oh, I don’t just give to the stores, I’m also a client! During this purge, I had to part with one of my more favorite thrift store finds. Its amazing how much can be attached to a piece of clothing.

Lockdowns are Directing the Evolution of Novel COVID Strains
Everyone in learns, in biology class, that evolution is governed by forces like natural selection. Sometimes natural selection is referred to as "survival of the fittest," though that's not quite right. Fitness merely changes the probability of different traits surviving within a population. But natural selection isn't simply a biological force. It is an environmental force. Fitness changes based on the environment. A trait that's detrimental in one environment might be useful in another. Sometimes the environment changes for natural reasons. Sometimes humans change the environment.
