Soulless Creatures of the Night
Chapter 1 To this day I can still see the faces of those boys standing in that back alley and it brings shivers to my core...When I was nineteen, me and a friend of mine Bobby got this bright idea to sneak my grandmothers car out and drive to Hollywood, California for Halloween. I thought, why not. I knew that my grandmother was going to be gone for a few days and we would have the car back before she ever noticed that it was gone.

I Am Hyper
Chapter 1 When I was a small child, my grandmother had a house on 10 acres of land outside of Choctaw, Oklahoma. The backside and to the right of the house was thick Oklahoma woods. Past the woods on the back of the house were the train tracks that led to a huge train trestle. I spent many a summer days playing on the trestle with my brothers. Those were the best memories of my entire life. From the center of the trestle, you could see for miles in all directions. Green fields with cattle, rivers, woods, and farm houses. It was a scene right out of a Norman Rockwell painting.

The Second Sin: Part One
It didn’t look like a building, that was the first thing Chris thought. Bricks and mortar were scattered, shattered and worn and over their battered form a jagged, ragged, metal spear rose sharply to meet the dawn. The frame of the building had remained intact, though its brick-lain facade had crumbled to ruin. It had stood that way for years upon years, growing more ruinous but never fading from memory. A ghost of the building lived on, clothed in the horrors it once housed within its sagging belly that its defiant walls alone recall. Time had tried to bury it with rain and wind alone as no growing thing would touch it, despite its age and despite its location no green or flowering life blossomed between the cracks in the well worn concrete. Nothing grew. Nothing lived. The factory stood in its grave, rotting alive, refusing to die entombed with secrets that no waking mind should hope to find. The Belle Factory craned its warped head above the trees and grinned a crooked smile of broken steel as new life approached it again. The only life foolish enough to do so.

AK Type End Of The World Scenario. SCP Containment Breach.
The trodding of heavy boots comes from all around the little cave SCP-682 and SCP-053. 682 is primed and ready to fight, while 053 is doodling on his side. Commands and orders come from outside and ring in the cave. Everybody seems tired, panicked, but there is a note of readiness, like the soldiers from the SCP Foundation are used to this. After all, it's been 2 months since the breach in Site 9. 682 lets out a low-pitched growl, and 053 strokes the little hair that is left since their last encounter. 682 turns its massive head around and nuzzles her in the stomach. 053, or The Girl, giggles and pats its head.

The First House
The tears came in tandem with the stinging of the wound, the frantic fumbling of fester-some fingers upon the ragged jagged edge prompting it to shriek! Eric prodded at it with his tissue, whimpering as the ugly snarl of his own flesh defied him, screamed at him in a voice of sharp and shooting scorn! Yet, as he fidgeted with his wound, his mortality leaking over his young fingers, nothing unsettled him more than the deafening absence of the room before him. The room yawned and stretched and creaked like something waking. Something so impossibly old and so impossibly inhuman. Whatever fate he had avoided by entering this house, he wondered if it was perhaps preferable to spending another second in the oppression of its maw. Walls that had from the outside seemed small enough simply to hide him from his pursuers now had seemingly swallowed him whole. They towered and tunneled into the oppressive dark, arching over one another, framing him beneath a blanket of shadows that rested upon the dark wood floor like slumbering beasts. Eric stumbled to his feet and gasped a ragged breath, though no stranger to running he was not best suited to the exertion.

Evil cat
My cat wants to kill me. Last night I was sitting at the computer watching YouTube videos when I happened to look to my left and there she was. She just sat there and stared right at me. That wasn’t anything weird though. I’ve had pets before that just stared at you for no particular reason. The part about it that really unnerved me… was that she was smiling. That’s weird right? Cats don’t typically smile right? This wasn’t just any smile though. You know the Cheshire Cat from Alice in Wonderland? It was like that. A big toothy grin from ear to ear. Like a living cartoon cat. Her teeth are so big too. I never noticed before, but to be honest I haven’t had her for that long.

Reed Alexander's Horror Review of 'Sputnik' (2020)
You know what I found to be particularly disappointing about this movie? It wasn't an Alien (1979) ripoff like I was promised. I was told this would have elements of The Thing (1982) and even Life (2017), in the good old-fashioned tradition of Russian Knockoff films. What I got instead, was an intelligent, interesting, and even complex, standalone film that holds itself upon its own merits. I was expecting Xtro 2 (1990) at worst, and Leviathain (1989) at best. I wasn't expecting this to actually be GOOD.

AE Type End of the World Scenario. SCP Containment Breach.
-WARNING. SENSITIVE INFORMATION. FOR 0-5 COUNCIL MEMBERS ONLY- Dear 0-5 Council, I wish I was writing upon better circumstances, but, alas, another breach has been confirmed. Our “Highly Trained” Security staff is failing us. This recent breach has happened in Site 27, releasing some of the most dangerous Entities. Now, the public has not been informed, but I strongly suggest we at least warn them of possible dangers. Our job is to Secure, Contain, and Protect, and if we do not warn everyone, then we can't protect them.
