No Moore Power …
I don’t post about politics here; I dabble in my poetry. Honestly, I haven’t truly participated in political activism since I was arrested with the Reverend Barber during NC’s Moral Monday marches, which occurred long before “Trump’s America” took hold and began unraveling democracy one frayed thread at a time. I left the fight long ago.

Depending on the content one reads or digs into, they may have silent and various impacts all over their life, from one's behavior to their attitude. It may affect one in a way that he/she may completely change into a person they would never imagine, or may bring change into a huge population's life by spreading their wings of knowledge and awareness.

Dear Alpha Female

Some say it’s not real, it’s a myth. Others will tell you that it’s a bad thing. That it’s toxic, it’s backward. That she is lonely. She’s cold, cruel, and undesirable.

Were You a Better Human as a Child?
With so many recent mass shootings, hate crimes, rampant racism, and bigotry, I’m starting to wonder if people have always been this shitty. Has this deplorable behavior been a constant in the 48 years I’ve been in this world?
