Word for the week: Implementation. The Center card for this week is the Prince of Swords. Moving forward from the Princess of Swords at the center last week, we advance to the Prince of Swords as the central card. If the princesses represent the first step along the experiential journey of their suit, made with the innocence of an open mind and a willingness to acknowledge any and all information on a given topic, the prince has made some decisions about which bits of information work within his paradigm and which do not. This is not to say he has given equal consideration to all options, he surely has not. I see the princes of each suit as the adolescent boys of the Tarot. They’re full of conviction. They’ve found new ways to get things moving - in the case of the Air element of the Swords with thoughts, information management, planning and figuring out whatever puzzle they’re faced with. The scary part about the head-on, no holds barred attitude of the princes -in all the suits- is that they often don’t make certain that they have all the facts before diving into the project at hand. Much like a teenager watching an extreme skateboarding video and then grabbing his own board and heading to the skate park to try it out. His mom’s left behind calling out “wait!! don’t forget your helmet/knee pads/elbow pads!”……. to his quickly receding back. The beauty of this pioneer attitude is that the teen will either hit the wall or the gravel or the edge of the rink and come back for the pads, OR he will blow right by whatever obstacle dares to get in his way. This is how we broaden our horizons. Without the daring, impulsive attitude of this young energy, that wall or gravel or edge would have just been a limit and we wouldn’t know that it was an illusion. The impulsive audacity and boldness of the princes shows us ways to overcome things we didn’t even realize were limits.

"We Are More Powerful When We Empower Each Other."
17 minutes before the event began, Facebook notified me that I had been interested in an Intuitive Painting class led by Pamela Cail. My heart raced. Past emotions flowed into my present moment of all the amazing memories I have had in Pam's company. One of the most inspirational women I know .

Something you thought about a lot as a child?
My biggest thoughts as a child were mainly death. I don’t think that I ever talked about it with anyone. The times that I attempted to my mother was the type to say, “don’t speak things like that into existence.” My grandmother was always one to have these discussions with me if allowed but, her advice was always vague due to the disagreement with the conversation taking place against my mother’s wishes.

Universal Energy
In the human race we must learn to come together as a total universe and form tribes globally (internationally) with love in our hearts. Our souls are all connected in different sorts of forms energetically in certain vibrations (low, high, higher self, and Source). This allow us to know and understand the soul tribes or friendships we form throughout our lives, even love relationships. Some people and relationships are meant to come say hi and bye, and others are meant to come for short seasons (temporarily) or a lifetime. Just think of the playground kids love, childhood friend love, or as the new times the boy next door crush , kind of love. Our world's or Earth's understanding of love and unconditional love goes deeper than we know, besides understanding that it all comes and start from within. Meaning you get, what you put out in the air (Universe) and the current situation is what you may face then or at any given moment. For instance, someone that did not recover from having hate for a parent who left them as a kid, did not get enough hugs, or affection. Someone who got abuse, taken advantage of at a very young age, or left to fend for themselves. Anyone that faced some type of toxic energy, even having identity crisis counts as to this as well. I am not a doctor yet, however these things lead to toxic relationships of co-dependency, no boundaries, lose of self, low self-esteem, loss of identity, low confidence, poverty mentality, victim, blame, and the list goes on.

Looks like the feminine mystique dominates this week. All three cards for the reading are female court cards. Thought to ponder; What feminine aspects appear to be positive and which lead to discomfort? I naturally think of nurturing as a feminine characteristic and when employed with compassion, acceptance and understanding it’s a wonderful interaction between people. When it becomes driven by neediness, fear or greed, however, it can be as smothering and limiting as a very small padded cell with threads of guilt woven in. Desire/demand, emotions/manipulation, creativity/destruction, light creates shadow.

New Order of Druids Assignment
I think I am taking this lesson in life in a much more personal way than other lessons have hit me due to my past. In the past I suffered severe trauma that caused a diagnosis of C-PTSD with dissociation. I am currently going through a period where I am having to face the fact that this may not be a full diagnosis. I am being evaluated for DID or OSDD (dissociative identity disorder and otherwise specified dissociative disorder). Both of these are associated with early childhood trauma. As such the "emergence of my soul" is a thing I am going through on a daily basis as I become aware of different "alters" and the fusion or integration of those "alters" as I progress through the healing process.

All three cards this week are from the minor Arcana plus each is from a different suit. What all that tells me is that this will be a week of focusing on the things we have full say in the outcome and control of and that are happening in our immediate sphere. Appropriate since that’s what most of us are dealing with at the moment.

THE SEA WITCHES BOOK OF SHADOWS
CHAPTER TWO THE PATH OF THE WATER WITCH Water Witches are sometimes called Sea Witches or water hags, but many of them find a calling with inland creeks, rivers, and lakes. It is rare for them to limit themselves to any one type of body of water. They generally align with all forms, including rain and falling snow.
