Stress/Anxiety Management
Stress is widely common and characterized by emotional distress, muscle tension, aches, etcetera. It is a necessity for survival of all living species, however it can be damaging to one's mental and physical health when chronic. What most people do not know is that many normal “everyday” activities contribute to the worsening of stress. There have been many remedies and techniques stating that they can aid someone in lowering their stress, and the only matter is finding one that works. Stress is the sense of emotional and physical strain throughout the body and when practicing natural relievers such as exercises and self therapies, the feelings can subside.

Stress Management
No matter who you are or what you do, stress will always be part of everyone’s life. However, not everyone deals with it the same way. Some people cry, others listen to music, and I take naps. I don’t know the perfect way to deal with stress, but practicing breathing exercises helps a lot too. I personally was never told how to handle stress, it was just something that was never mentioned or really shown in my family.

The Essentials of Essential Oils
As most know, essential oils are the coming of age and go head to head with the FDA and leading pharmaceutical companies to try to help individuals with disorders, sickness/ illness, pain, weight loss, etc. With doing so, I advocated myself to help the cause.

Headache Relief
If you are reading this, it probably means that you suffer from frequent headaches. Head pain can be caused by many different things and if you notice them to be happening more and more often, then you should definitely go to see your doctor. They can help you find the reason you are in pain. In the meantime, if you are anything like me then you are fed up of using medicated painkillers to ease the ache.

I Am Addicted!
Caffeine is a drug. I weigh the pros and cons to help me decide what path to take. Shall I give up coffee? Not! I so much enjoy a good cup of coffee, cappuccino, latte, or frappuccino. I do not like espresso. Coffee and lemon water are the only beverages I drink.

My Super Strength
When in elementary school, my backpack was quite loaded with schoolwork. I thought that if I inhaled a deep breath, I could lift it up. Many years later in college, I learned that what I was using was chi and it was called Qigong. I took two Qigong classes when I was in college and that helped clarify what the super strength thing was. I can breathe in three sharp breaths and push somebody bigger than me, which is what I learned how to do in class. This was shocking to me. I mean here I was in high school also lifting heavy backpacks. In junior college, the process continued much to the shock of my family.

Home Remedies for Seasonal Allergies
With spring springing upon us, sunshine is not the only thing in the air. Pollen counts are up along with other natural allergens within our daily surroundings. Unfortunately, if you're like me, that means this is the time of year, you start feeling miserable. Your eyes start to swell up and itch like crazy, your nose won't stop running, you are sneezing every five minutes, your throat is scratchy, and you are ready to punch out your eardrums because of the itching. To make matters worse, the few lucky people that are not suffering from seasonal allergies start asking you why you are crying. "No, I'm not crying, I just can't breathe!" Although, sometimes this season does make me want to cry. Over the last several years, I have tried several allergy remedies that no longer make me want to run and cry, but instead make me feel brave enough to take on the outside world.

The Release Is What I Live For!
I have always enjoyed a good detox. In my opinion, the after-effects of a good detox always outweighed the suffering of going through it. If you do a raw food detox, your hunger pains can drive you crazy. And those less committed to the detox process will always knuckle under at that point. A juice detox is for the much more committed. And the hardcore detoxers will do something like the Master Cleanse. I could only do that for three days max before I get too light-headed.
