Motivation is like Fuel in a Human’s life to drive the car. Without Motivation, we cannot do the thing. Basically, what is Motivation? It is the energy that drives us to do the work right? So following are the 5 ways you can motivate yourself:

1. As we need **food** every day and start the day with eating breakfast after all morning work likewise we need **motivation** every day. So as you get up in the morning take out the phone and listen to** motivational videos** while you do your regular morning tasks. My recommendation for listening to motivational videos is Gary vee and Eric Thomas. If you think that you will waste time by watching the video while getting motivated then listen to podcasts of these people or your favorite person. By listening to them you will kick start the morning and you will get the energy to do the work for a whole long day.

2. Second way to motivate yourself is by writing and maintaining the **Gratitude Journal **with you. After you get up and freshen up, take out your journal and write the things you are thankful for. By doing this we get the** confidence** to work hard and start to enjoy every moment of our life.

3. Another way is to recite the **positive affirmations** whenever you get the time. Start with the morning while you are bathing or while getting dressed up or drinking tea, etc. By reciting the positive affirmations we think positively and we take the right decision as by repeating it prints in our subconscious mind and our **actions **automatically come right or I can say we take the right actions towards the right thing.

4. You can keep one more Journal other than Gratitude Journal which we will call the **Thoughts Journal**. In this Journal** dump** all your **negative thoughts**, uneasy feelings, and every other thing you want to get rid of. By practicing this your mind gets empty. You start to get a clearer vision of what you have to do the whole day, what are your goals for the day, and by having a clear mind and vision you automatically will be self-motivated. You can either write it in the night or the morning. But my recommendation is to write it at night as our mind fills with various thoughts and feelings by working the whole day, so by writing at night you can **sleep peacefully **without any negative thoughts and feelings and can get up with a positive mood and motivated mood.

5. The last but not the least and most effective but takes more time to give results is the method which is **Meditation**. It is by far the most effective method to claim the peace in mind and calmness in thoughts. It gives us the energy to think clearly and rightly. By practicing it right it makes us the right person and successful person in our life. Meditation calms our anger and we don’t get angry anymore.
