Being Happy
Picture this: you're lying in bed trying to sleep, but you're too stressed about all of your responsibilities to even begin to relax. Your mind starts to wander and you think about your life as it is right now. You ask yourself if you're doing well, if you're on a path to success, if you're really happy. Most of us have experienced this moment (or ones similar to it), but have any of us figured out the answer to those questions? No. But that's totally okay! We're not supposed to have our lives figured out yet. We're not supposed to be living perfect lives. Our only duty at this age is to be true to ourselves and do what makes us happy.

Who Are You
Who Are You? Is that a question that you have asked yourself? I have, and the answers are not always the ones that I want to hear. If you have asked this question and created an answer that best suits your taste then you are screwed. The way to answer the question is by being more than honest with yourself. It may hurt at first but it can help in the long run. Have you ever wondered why some people flourish and others do not? It is because they dig inside themselves before they attempt to do anything. Whether it is work, play, or just making friends, they have decided to be the best versions of themselves that they can be. Yeah, it is harsh to think you may not be the best version of who you can be. To do that, you have to go all the way back to when you were young and wide-eyed, when you decided who you were, what you wanted, and how you wanted to get it.

Be Happy, Be Humble
Forgiving someone who is not sorry is one of the strongest things a person can do. There is this quote "I never knew how strong I was until I had to forgive someone who was not sorry"—Unknown. I have not related to something so much in my life as I do this quote. I have been in a lot of smaller situations where forgiving someone who wasn't sorry was not that big of a deal, you know that "sorry" you get told and you can just hear the attitude and anger in it. You know that they are not truly sorry, but you take it with a grain of salt and just push it aside. Once they have officially hurt me more than words can express, I realized hanging on to the hurt and resentment was hurting me more than it was hurting them.

Self-Help Practices that Will Actually Change Your Life
In many parts of the world, self-help tends to get a bad rap for being filled with hokey advice that doesn't work or as a gateway to cult membership. That's often why many people avoid the self-help industry, but this really shouldn't be the case.
