Books and Their Writer's
I loved writing from an early age; however, I never thought I would become one until I fell into the industry by accident. No I wouldn't say accident, I was unemployed student at the time, and I thought I could make some money doing what I loved. I started to write online until I gradually convinced myself I was a freelance writer, even though I couldn't justify my new job to myself. While the pay is by no means fair, the old adage of some money is better than none is all too true.

It’s NOT Brave
When I stood up and spoke to my entire school it was brave. When I stood up to my bullies it was brave, when I overcame a life of homelessness it was brave, when I raised my child alone it was brave, when I joined the army it was the brave, when I decided to have 3 children it was brave, but let me be perfectly clear, cutting your hair is not brave, it’s a damn hair cut.

Collectively Speaking....
Collectively, we are at a very vulnerable state of consciousness. A state of existing, where spirit feels and suffers aches and pains quickly and deeply. Our collective organs have been withstanding stress and deception for far too long and the result is a massive increase in the rates of mental illness, separateness, and leaks and tears in the collective energy field.

The Energy Checkbook
How are you spending your energy? Each day we are using our energy for multiple tasks. You can spend your energy on things as big or as small as you like. It could be a work day doing various jobs. Or as small as opening a refrigerator door. But whatever you're doing, you're spending energy. I learned this concept from Dr. Bruce Lipton. The man behind the "Biology of Belief". He talked about an energy checkbook and how we spend it every day.

Get your life right!!
Are you trying to better yourself and make a difference in the world? Well so am I. I have this thing that I start to wonder what do I have to offer to the world or even just my community. I catch myself thinking about this a lot. Sometimes i think its because I feel like I’m not living my best life and I’m not living to my life’s full potential. Many people have skills that are necessary for life but don't know how to put them to work. Do you know what your skills are?? Take the time to sit down and actually analyze yourself. Once you analyze yourself you will have a better understanding of not only your worth but what you can bring to the table with your personal skills. once you analyzed yourself you will be able to even start your own business with your already acquired skills.

The Great Responsibility
“Do not let the roles you play in life make you forget that you are human.” ~Roy T. Bennett I once heard someone say that being in the form of a human being comes with a responsibility. Think about that for a second. Look at a cricket, a cat, or a dog. Look at any form of animal, insect or creature. A spider, a butterfly, a dragonfly, a bird, a lizard. Any one of these creatures could be our experience. We didn't have to come here as a human being.

To your family, to your children, to humanity... Now I am writing this letter for you. I don't care if not a single person reads this besides you because your the only one it was made for. Everyone else is not my concern, they have people watching out for them; I'm here to watch out for you.

A Kinkster's Introduction to Journaling
Journaling is a wonderful way to uncover our thoughts and feelings as we are experiencing situations and through reflecting on our life. The act of writing itself can help to discover and illuminate the hidden, murky, unsure emotions, concerns, worries and reflections from our bodies and our minds. Journaling is a great way to jot down half-formed, foggy ideas so we might shape, develop, and learn from them. Over the years I’ve used journaling to document my thoughts, what I learned, what I wanted to bring forward into my plans and to create connections between seemingly disparate subjects. Journaling is helpful for spotting patterns in our own lives and in the details, we utilize to take on. It’s helpful for exploring our wishes, dreams, hopes, intentions; and for catching and containing our observations and descriptions of the world. There are many different methods of journaling but before I get into that I’d like to talk about how we learn and journal.

The Case for Going Halfway
The motivational motto our entire lives has been to go ‘all in’. That you have to ‘go big or go home’. Go ‘HAM,’ baby! But once you get to be my age -- with a bum left knee, emotional scars, and a trip to the emergency room for drinking too much coffee -- you realize that always taking a giant leap isn’t always so great. ...I'm 30.
