The weight of guilt
Once I attended a conference where a Thai monk was giving a speech about spirituality and letting your emotions out. At a certain moment a guy stood up and told the monk about something he did, which he felt guilty about. It was not something serious, but the guilt was enough to consume him. After some time, the monk just said, "If you did something wrong, why should you feel good about it?" The guy just stood there, and after that answer, something changed in him.

The Weight We Choose to Carry
The town of Harrow field was not marked on most maps. It was the kind of place people passed through without stopping, where streets remembered footsteps longer than faces, and where duty was not spoken loudly but lived quietly. In Harrow field, responsibility did not arrive with applause; it arrived with the morning bell, the creak of old doors, and the steady expectation that everyone would do what needed to be done.

The Goal Of Thy Enemy
I believe that every leader should study war theory... Not because I'm an advocate for war... I believe that war should be avoided and only used as a last resort in situations where the opposition refuses to see the world in alternative ways...

Why Being Liked is Overrated and Self-Respect is Everything

Finding Myself Again
I put all the dirty dishes in dishwasher, cleaned all the mess from kitchen. Felt a little relax that minor part of my daily routine was done. I made a cup of tea for my few minutes of break. I opened the laptop while checking my emails my mobile rang, it was my friend calling. I answered her call and I come to know that she was looking for work. We chatted for a few minutes and ended the call.

What If Reality Has Layers We Rarely Name
Most of the time, life is navigated as though everything that matters is already visible. We respond to what happens, explain what we can see, and make sense of events based on what appears most immediate. This approach feels grounded and practical. It keeps reality manageable. But it also raises a quiet question that rarely gets explored directly: what if the most influential parts of reality are not the ones we notice first.

Rewriting the Inner Script That Shapes Your Life
Belief is one of the most powerful—and least visible—forces shaping our lives. Long before we take action, before we make a decision or pursue a goal, a story has already been written inside our minds. That story determines what we attempt, what we avoid, and what we quietly accept as “just the way things are.”
