How to heal fully and properly.
To Find Myself
To find something, you have to have either lost it, which infers that you had it at some point... or that you should have it because it is yours... or that you didn’t have it, stumbled upon it, and because of this it is now yours. I used to laugh at the idea of someone trying to “find themselves”, that is until I realized that I was lost.

Look out the window
It's spring 2020. The babies are hitting the ground running and work is busier than ever despite the situation at hand, all over the world with the pandemic of Covid-19. My parents don't come near us, though we talk each day, and even Daniel has learnt to speak to them through the phone - it's nothing like the snuggles they used to give him, but it's better than no contact at all. If it keeps them safe, and us, then I'm okay with it.

Beautiful Pain
We all feel frustrated some times in our lives, at different stages of it and for many different reasons, pain, some times could be one of those reasons, whether it’s physical, mental or spiritual pain, but, as in anything and everything in life we choose the way we see it, we choose to learn from it or let us be consumed by it, Beautiful pain poem intends to reconcile you with this type of feeling, to reassure you that no matter the kind of pain you are experiencing right now, it will only go away if you learn its lesson, if you understand it, if you forgive it and let it go, if you know that you are not the only one in the world with pain but on the contrary most of us have it if not all.

Good News During COVID-19 Epidemic
As the coronavirus pandemic is sweeping the world and news outlets are saturated with death tolls, infections and scary predictions, it would be nice to focus on some good news. Besides the main benefit of avoiding infection and spread of the disease, we have compiled some of the good consequences the quarantine and social distancing orders around the world have caused. During these difficult and uncertain times, it’s always good to look at the positive while still being informed of how this situation develops.

Forgiveness Is Not for Them...It's for You
I have worn hurt and resentment across my chest like a badge of honor. I have pulled the scabs off of old wounds myself just so others could see that I was bleeding. From the shadows, I would point in the direction of my offender and prosecute them over and over for a crime that they had committed years prior all because I refused to forgive.

A Letter To My Heart
For most of my life I have spent a lot of time and energy trying not to hurt anyone. I did my best to make sure that I was making everyone else happy and doing the things they thought were best for me. However, in doing that I realize that I neglected the most valuable thing in my life which is you. I hurt you and neglected you.

Answers that have lost their meaning
In our state of stress when something altering happens, we turn to others for answers for comfort, not everyone can say the exact thing that happens in a twist of events. I've included certain scenarios that some people can relate to. Some of them are my own experiences to pertain to this exact range of situations.

We are all a lotus flower in a time of global transformation.
This is a time of a different kind of thinking than what most are used to. This is a time of learning how to trust and have faith that, despite what it may seem on the outside, we will all get through this time together. And become stronger, together.

The Right Thing
I used to take my gratitude for granted. My parents provided a safe and nuturing enviroment for me and my two siblings at home growing up. It is now that I can appreciate the lengths that they went to and everything that they were patient with for putting up with my shenanigans.

For All the Women Who Helped Me Along the Longest Road.
I am a different person today not because of just one individual woman. I have been shaped and influenced by strong female figures throughout countless instances of my life. But, the last few years have particularly been both a struggle and in some ways, the most transformational period in my journey to becoming a better human being overall.
