Learn from your mistakes to succeed in life
It is not easy for students to leave their past behind them. No matter what, they seem to get rolled up in the things they did as a child. Their mistakes catch up to them, and they are made to feel like everything that's going wrong in their lives is because of them. Yes, to some extent, it is difficult to leave your past behind and to move on after learning from your mistakes, but it is not entirely an easy task. Many people will tell you that you should make mistakes and learn from them. While they do stand correct, the most crucial part isn't making mistakes. It is to learn from them.

Gems for the Generation
Hands clenched in fist, heart pacing, mind racing ... how did i end up here! how did i lose it all! and manage to keep my mental sanity. Recalling the melody of Drakes Furthest thing.. im somewhere between anxious and depressed.. im somewhere between to blessed to be stressed. The only thing im clear on is what im thinking and feeling in this very moment. TAKE THE NEXT STEP FORWARD! How come no one ever told me that all the uncertainty is designed to distract you from your past (avoiding) and your future (escaping) and ground into the present( right now)! You dont have time to analyze the details of destruction. You dont have time to self blame, shame or rearrange. Control is an illusion it seems that knowing the output of an interaction provide security, when in reality the only control you have is of self, everything external of you is the variable. It's designed to change, to flow, to grow. HAAAA NOW WE'RE IN THE SWEET SPOT!

I have no idea wtf I’m doing... and it’s okay
As I find myself desperately trying to adjust to our new reality it feels as though I am constantly being humbled and reminded by my aggressive mental health to take a breath. Recently I have been overwhelmed by the fact that all while being simultaneously pelted with overall life and the thrills and head aches that come with it, life seem to not be slowing down. I’ve never experienced such a high pace version of life before and I am realizing that literally NO ONE HAS. Im sure the year 2020 has been absolutely crazy for me as it has for a lot of people. During this year we've all experienced a pandemic, historic racial and political movements, and global crisis. We all experienced the same thing and yet will all have different stories. The world has abruptly changed and in order to grow we must adapt. I believe that we all have the power to adjust and grow!

Excerpt From An Upcoming Book By Kathy Williams
Froggie The Frog © May 30, 2020 by Kathy Williams Froggie The Frog You could call froggie high strung. He had a lot on his mind. His father was away a lot and kids generally wanted to tease him. You know how kids are. Some kids take their problems and frustrations out on other kids. The problem with froggie was he was hurting a lot. He was afraid a lot. And he was teased a lot. His usual reaction was venting. Venting his anger and frustration always made him feel better. He never aimed it at anyone in particular. Just getting it out of his system so to speak made him feel better. One day while he was tossing a coin a brilliant idea came to him. What if I make a mural and put it in my front yard and every time I get teased or feel anger I write the words ditoo on it. I bet I would feel better and wouldn't have to scream and yell. So froggie built the most beautiful mural anyone had ever seen in his father's front yard and every time he got teased or picked on he wrote the word ditoo on his mural and he always felt better.

5 Steps To Discovering Your Purpose
I recall being fortunate, or unfortunate, enough to attend my college reunion last Christmas. This occasion was a real eye opener to me. I was definitely out of my comfort zone. I got to meet people I hadn't even thought about for the last three decades.

Failure to Communicate
Failure to Communicate Communication fails on many different levels from language, grammar, to tone of voice and more. In the article 8 Ways to Improve Your Communication Right Now I see some general suggestions that when applied can help. Before we move on to the article’s list I would like to point out that communication should have and or follow a format. This article being written as a professional piece of journalism should have been edited as such. The title does not follow the Associated Press standards so it loses some credibility for me due to the less than professional edited content. Numbers in the single digits should be spelled out! The title should read Eight Ways to Improve Your Communication Right Now!

Should I or Shouldn’t I?
If you are like most people (myself included). The times you have stopped completely and asked yourself the question “Should I or shouldn’t I” are probably numerous. Recently, I thought about that question after being prompted to read the quote in the feature image shared above.
