Doubting Myself
Today was the very first day that I started doubting myself and what I want to achieve. I had in my mind that I wanted to be an Exponential Coach and Empowerment Specialist. This is not my first step in the process. July 2015 I started a blog. I was going very strong then I wrote my first and only e-book in December 2015. I have been reading, writing, studying, working on me, and even coaching friends and family on their life journey.

Healing Comes with Time
If you would have asked me five years ago where I imagined myself to be, I would have told you that I imagined myself alone. Not married or falling in love. I would've told you that I wanted to spend the rest of my life with two pitbulls, because having children meant that I would be stuck with a man for 18 years plus.

What Is Success
Many people have different views on what success is in life. To some it might be getting a job that pays very well and enjoying life, whilst to others it may be something else. Success is very overrated. Others might see someone driving a very expensive car and call that person successful, meanwhile the person that is driving that car might own it or is also struggling in life. The success I'm basing this story off is your personal success. Many of us start a year and finish that same year in the same position as we started.

Determination Gives Birth to Success
In the year 2012, I started an educational journey to get me to the top. It was for a doctorate of finance degree. I had secured the admission and I needed funding. Luck was on my side as I got the Ghana education trust fund to accept the funding of my degree. Accepting to pay was one thing and transferring the money to the school was another. It took the fund almost to two years to finally make the payment even though my course was for a four year term.

Making Time for Your Priorities
There are only 24 hours in a day and many busy people can relate to feeling the need to have more. After going to work, school, and taking care of other responsibilities, people tend to be left with a couple of hours here or there, if they are lucky. It still seems like the leftover time is not enough for them to do any other important items. It does not have to be this way if you don't want it to. When it comes to prioritizing, you need to find the time to do it. If you can't find time to prioritize, then you need to make the time around your routine schedule. The following are just a few ways you can prioritize any work or tasks you need to do.

My Financial Blunder and Anxiety
Money. The least favourite word of every person in their twenties. Not one of my friends have not had financial issues at some point in their twenties. It is such a tough time! You may be a college or university graduate, but today that does not necessarily get you a good job and many of us are left working the awful part-time jobs we had during school. Now we have thousands of dollars of student debt and no way to pay it off on top of trying to get out into the world on our own. With the price of everything skyrocketing, it's almost impossible to save enough money for first and last month's rent or a down payment on a mortgage, let alone to live on your own.

Why Therapy Is For Overachievers
Therapy is stigmatized in lots of ways. One of the most common stigmas, though, is the idea that therapy is somehow for people who can’t get their life together. In other words, it’s for people who have bad careers or bad relationships, not for people with high-paying jobs and long-term relationships.
