The Smoking Room
There is another smashing and funny comedic sitcom that I found from the British Broadcasting corporation called "The Smoking Room". The plot and premise of the show is very simple it centers around a couple of employees of a company that does something which is never said what. All of the employees are hilarious and it takes a genius writer to capture the hilarity of things and situations that happen in the break room or the smoking room in this case. It only lasted for no more than 2 or 3 seasons and it was too smart for it's own good.

A Taste of London
There is a show on Recipe.TV called “A Taste of London” hosted by Chef Edward Delling- Williams. It is as the title of the show says the food of London and culture. Being a native of London Edward Delling-Williams on the subject of London and the food. I love to watch a taste of London anytime it’s on. I would even watch reruns of it even if I’ve seen the episode before because it’s so enjoyable. I also like Edward Delling- Williams. He’s a personal host of the show one of my favorite cooking show personalities.

Speakers Corner
Speakers Corner in London is another cultural note and place of interest that I had discovered in the United Kingdom. Of all the places and ways to learn about it was from one of my favourite shows "Married With Children". They had Al and the rest of the Bundy family go the Speakers corner. It was perfect to have Al speak at Speakers corner because the corner anyone can go there and speak about whatever is bothering them or that has been on their minds. Whoever was on the MWC writing staff that decided to have Al go to Speakers corner is a genius.

Introduction Last week I holidayed in Hebden Bridge in Yorkshire and discovered a couple of things that I didn't know before getting there. One thing I did know is that several BBC series have been filmed there, "Happy Valley" and the current "Riot Women":

Tea for one in Brighton: Afternoon Tea at the historic Old Ship Hotel
There is still something quietly radical about a woman choosing to travel alone, one who enjoys life’s small pleasures entirely on her own terms. As spring approaches and travellers begin to plan their escapes, Brighton feels like the perfect place to practise that freedom. Whilst Afternoon Tea is a year-round ritual, there is something especially enchanting about enjoying it in this seaside town in the south of England as winter loosens its grip.

Absolved of All Sins!
We went on a day trip to Armenia with my son and friend Katie to explore its apostolic monasteries. Our first stop, Akhtala Monastery, had a monument to Armenian-Georgian friendship in the form of two rings joined by a pomegranate, the national fruit of both countries.

The EXplorer
I am a follower of all things Travel and Adventure, my eyes light up at the discovery of a new flight route to Armenia, A camel trek in the Western Sahara or a Windsurfing trip in Naxos. I sometime discover information about destinations so far removed from any known tourist guides that I cannot even pinpoint them on the world map without tracing the steps of previous explorers with some kind of obsessive desire to find the answers. The thought of the unknown is what drives my spirit of adventure, I leave scribbles and notes in diaries about trips and ideas far into the future, even if they are not viable or I never embark on them, but each idea is what inspires and motivates me to keep taking those steps to find what is over the horizon.
