Pantoum: Poetic Form The pantoum originated in Malaysia in the fifteenth-century as a short folk poem, typically made up of two rhyming couplets The modern pantoum is a poem of any length, composed of four-line stanzas in which the second and fourth lines of each stanza serve as the first and third lines of the next stanza. The last line of a pantoum is often the same as the first.

It Is Apple Picking Season And That Means Apple Pie!
Both women had a profound effect on many people. They both opened their homes and kitchens to anyone in need. Mom collected many recipes over the years, many written on whatever scrap paper she could find. Many of us have fond memories of the time spent with her and the many meals and desserts (especially desserts) that were shared with others in her kitchen.

The Third Time Is The Charm
This story is about my three marriages and I show pictures of my wedding days. Well with the first wedding photo in 1971, the photographer didn't show up, so the photos were taken a couple of days later, some things in the photo are different than the day of the wedding.
