Hummus and Flatbread
Okay, yes baking is my thing but a while ago I used to make a lot of hummus and the story behind it is simply this: I love the idea of hummus I just hate the one that comes from the shops so I made my own. I always found the one from the shops tastes like sludge and doesn't have a great texture to it. I'd like a little bit more flexibility in my hummus and so - I give you my secret recipe for creating great tasting, spicy hummus with very little effort.

15 Foods You Can Cook In An Air Fryer
Almost every household has an air fryer. They might not all be the same make, model, or size because there are so many available that fit every need. Just because almost every household has one doesn't mean that everyone is getting all the benefits from their air fryers.

Cinnamon Rolls
I've been cooking all day - I'll release my recipe for coconut chicken curry pretty soon but not yet. I think I'll stick to my baking for now (even though my coconut recipes are pretty famous, though I don't actually like coconut at all ironically). Do I like cinnamon rolls? No, I don't really like cinnamon. But I do like Cinnamoroll. If you don't know who or what that is, then check this out below.

5 Foods that Taste Better the Next Day
Lately I’ve started to make more food than I need so that I can enjoy the leftovers the next day. It’s time efficient and works well with my busy schedule. What I didn’t expect to find was that somehow certain foods tasted better the next day rather than on the day they were cooked. The flavours seem deeper, the textures mode delicate, and the overall quality of the dish wasn’t altered. Here are 5 foods that I’ve noticed tasted better the next day.

Lemon and Coconut Shortbread
I've been in the kitchen almost all day today making lots of shortbread and I also made some casserole (but that wasn't for me). I don't particularly like shortbread because of the texture, it's a bit too buttery and crumbly for my liking but, it's a fun and easy thing to make if you want a relaxing bake. There's no egg in this and again, all of the dairy ingredients are able to be swapped out for dairy free alternatives.
