It's Not Easy Being Human, Right?
Grit. Pick out any of the related words to grit and they all follow a similar theme, or to be more specific, they point to a mentality: Never giving up. To survive or overcome adversity, we have to always fight and never give up, right? That which doesn't kill you makes you stronger, right? I'm gonna be honest with you, it ain't easy being human. It ain't easy staying optimistic and overcoming adversity, but when you fight for that millimeter or inch, you're further than you were before and that in itself is not easy. I have and still am currently overcoming adversity—just like you, the reader and the rest of the community.
