The Freedom of Being Ourselves (Whether Others Like Us or Not)
"Be yourself. Everyone else has been taken." ~ Oscar Wilde "Cringey" is what my kids called it. Me? I was just Sam. After hitting the "post" on my highly emotional Instagram video - one of those more than a minute of staff from Instagram TV - I closed the app and got a little nervous. Maybe I said too much? Maybe I removed them with too much honesty? Too open? And… at risk?

How to Romanticise Your Life. Top Story - May 2021.
I talked somebody off a ledge last month. He was a stranger, he was struggling, he was calling out for help. Whilst the entire thing took place online — and I don’t know quite how seriously he meant it — I wasn’t taking any chances. 1000's of Paper Cranes In Flight
Learning About Paper Cranes I was in grade four when I first learned how to make a paper crane. My eyes grew wide while hearing the teacher tell such a beautiful story. Filled with hope and aspirations. I was instantly inspired. Something about the story went along with the peaceful act of folding the crane. After constructing that first masterpiece, one's sense of accomplishment seemed to absorb into my little mind. A twinkling story of what if. What if that little girl on a mission to make 1000 paper cranes actually accomplished it? Would her dreams come true? Would world peace really happen?

How to FEEL Happy During Covid-19 Pandemic
The NORC at the University of Chicago conducted a COVID Response Tracking study in late May last year. According to this study, Americans have been the unhappiest after the COVID pandemic. They have not felt this way in the last 50 years, as only 14% of the respondents were found to be extremely happy which is down 31% from the same period in 2018. The idea of cultivating happiness may seem unimportant at this period of time. In reality, it is more important than ever before, as you cannot stay healthy if you are constantly worrying about the infection, loss of money, social isolation or morbidity resulting from this pandemic.

5 Ways to Do Less, Better
Is it bad that I hadn’t heard of Marcus Aurelius before 2020? I mean, I hadn’t heard of the coronavirus either but look how much that’s taken off. However, in Marcus’ case, this is a trend I am happy to hop on to because boy that bloke was wise.
