How to become motivated to become the best version of yourself.

“Most stories you read in a book contain a hero and a villain, a protagonist and an antagonist. You always see the hero win or the successor overcoming evil. However in this realm that we call reality, we take ourselves our worst enemy of the heroes we become. For this reason, I created this book containing stories, secrets, and information to unlock this so-called “artifact” that is built inside our human consciousness.

Mindset and Maintaining Control
Have you ever wondered how some people keep their cool no matter what happens to them? Life is hard, and we all experience stressful moments. How we react during those moments determines the outcome. Stuff happens during those unexpected moments. While driving our cars, sometimes we get flat tires. Maybe the washer and dryer breaks. Our kids get sick, or we experience traffic jams. We have bad days at work. I have experienced plenty of those moments in my lifetime. Our mindset will cause us to either react or be proactive. Overcoming Writer’s Block
Writers block - that intangible mist hangs heavy on your shoulders, descending like a shroud upon the mind and paralyzing the hands, rendering the instruments of your creativity useless. Alas, it feels as though you shall never write another compelling word as long as you may live. How to Set New Year's Resolutions that Actually Work

You’re not sure what job to do first, so you flail around trying to attack multiple things at once, or worse, do nothing.

The Subtle Art Of Saying No
Written By: H M Hines February 4, 2021 Most people, especially people who are part of a marginalized community, have a hard time saying no to others. This is especially so in situations of employment, but also extends to how we use our time outside of work. Whether the question is “Can you pick up an extra shift?” or “Can you chaperone the field trip?” we are stymied and often overcommit ourselves just for fear of confrontation. Sadly, this social conditioning is easily taken advantage of by authority figures, partners, parents, friends, etc. Society definitely gives “certain people” (we know who, let's be honest,) permission to take, while reinforcing that other people are to be taken from.

Becoming a better YOU.
As we get older, we tend to grow and evolve into the people we are meant to be. These changes can happen in various ways. While there are some people who are just stuck in their ways and are afraid of change and growth, most of us will take that step into becoming the best version of ourselves.

WHEN I created Budding Writers’ Corner, a community group on Facebook, and Creative Writing for Beginners, a blog, during the last quarter of 2020 to give tips and advice to aspiring creative writers, my family, friends and colleagues expressed curiosity. They hurled various questions at me, including the following:
