I (Finally) Tried an Air Fryer and I Am Loving It
Until a few years ago, I was never a fan of exercising, workouts, aerobics, Zumba, Pumba, or whatever else you call it. I, being a writer, the most important activity for me was to exercise the “little grey” cells of my brain so that I can churn read-worthy articles day after day. My entire free time had a set agenda: sit, munch, write, and repeat………in that order.

Italian Chicken Soup
Italian Chicken Soup Before I started to learn a lot about cooking (from someone who spent more than a decade in the restaurant business), I bought all my soups in cans. I never even attempted to cook soup from scratch. Now in retrospect, I wish my younger me spent the time to learn how to make more meals at home instead of buying most of my meals out. Meals out are great, sometimes. But, for people concerned with health (excess salt, fat, etc.), the lack of nutrition info can throw off a healthy regiment or diet. First off, when you order something in a restaurant, you really have no clue what’s going into the meal, besides the few main ingredients listed on the menu. And second, the chefs may cook the same meal a little differently every time you go. Sometimes, though, a soup out is thoroughly enjoyable, and delicious, and it’s worth the lapse in diet. I particularly like potato soup at Fridays and squash soup at a local fancy Italian restaurant.

Consuming Exotic Fruit As A Form Of Medicine
First of all, what is Soursop? Soursop (also known as Graviola, Paw Paw, Guanabana, Sasalapa or Sirsak) is an exotic fruit of the Ammona muricata evergreen tree that is native to the tropical countries in Central and South America. It is also a member of the Annonaceae family (also known as the custard apple fruit family). It has a darkish-green exterior with spines on it, and covers a white, fibrous flesh. Soursop can grow up to 8 inches and weigh up to 10 pounds.

Vegan L-cysteine
Recent medical studies report so many different health benefits that result from boosting cysteine levels, you are likely wondering, “What can it do for me, and is there ways that I can increase my cysteine levels if I am adhering to a vegan diet?"

Gluten-Free Samosas and Naan
For health reason, my husband and I have been gluten-free for more than a decade. We also decided this year that we're not comfortable eating mammals. Fish and birds are on the menu, but beef, pork, lamb and goat, staples of many Indian restaurants are off the table.

Zinc and Sleep
"If you don't eat your vegetables you'll have nightmares." This is a statement made by every parent from the past, in the present and to the future. However, I don't believe adults know the scientific reasoning behind their claims, of which, are true.
